Hélène has spent more than 30 years working as a network planning engineer, commercial affairs specialist, regulatory expert, and strategic sourcing and procurement advisor for Fortune 500 and global companies. She is adept at communicating with all levels of a client’s project team, from C-suite executives to technical experts and project managers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and procurement strategies.

Managing a global team responsible for building relationships in competitive markets, she played a key role in securing a competitive advantage in emerging, restrictive, and monopolistic markets. Most recently, Hélène has focused on software-as-a-service (SaaS) procurement for major platforms such as AWS, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Adobe, as well as professional services agreements with companies like Accenture, EY, Capgemini, Infosys, and Genpact. She has also negotiated banking services, telecom services with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, device protection and acquisition, retail agreements, commercial partnerships, and integration agreements related to M&A activities.

She has successfully developed category strategies that led to supplier consolidations, technology management improvements, negotiation strategies, and procurement programs that supported overall company objectives. She also managed a team responsible for over 1,000 Statements of Work (SoWs) per year and played a critical role in automating the SoW negotiation process for a managed service provider, resulting in a standardized approach that delivered 8–12% cost savings and risk mitigation.
